As part of our efforts to rebuild and strengthen our program for the Spring Valley community, we are seeking enthusiastic and committed individuals to join our Board of Directors. Whether you’re a parent, guardian, community member, or past participant, your participation could make a lasting impact on the development of our young athletes and the future success of Los Toros.

Available Roles and Opportunities:
We are currently looking for individuals to fill the following key roles:
Secretary
The Secretary is responsible for keeping the organization well-documented and organized. Duties include taking meeting minutes, maintaining important records, and ensuring effective communication within the Board of Directors. This role is vital for ensuring smooth and transparent operations.
Coaches Director
The Coaches Director oversees all aspects of coach recruitment, training, and team assignments. This person ensures coaches are prepared to provide a positive and safe learning environment for players. The Coaches Director also serves as a point of contact and support for the coaching staff throughout the season.
We are also looking for:
- Fundraising Coordinator: Oversee campaigns, including initiatives like raffle ticket sales, sponsorships, and community events.
- Volunteer Coordinator: Organize and support volunteers for practices, games, and community events.
- Equipment Manager: Ensure all players have access to safe and well-maintained equipment.
- Marketing/Communications Director: Promote Los Toros through marketing materials, social media, and outreach efforts.
- Snack Bar Director: Manage snack bar operations to support field activities and fundraising efforts.
